What days of the week do you operate?

Monday- Saturday 8am to 6pm

Do you operate all year round?

Yes we do, we are prepared to continue providing our customers great service in the warmest and coldest of temperatures!

Do you have access to military installations?

Yes we do. As a veteran owned company we love serving our military members.

How far do you travel?

We travel within 30 miles of our Detail Technicians home base. Likely if you have seen our ads, you are in our coverage area.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Grizzly is prepared to work in inclement weather and has an inflatable shelter system to ensure your service goes off without a hitch. Wind is the greatest factor when it comes to providing service in inclement weather.

Are you licensed and insured?

States do not license Auto Detail Technicians, however our Technicians receive over 50 hours of on-the-job and classroom training. We have liability, vehicle, and workman's comp insurance that covers you and us in the event of an incident.

Do I need to supply electricity or water for my service?

No, Grizzly brings everything with us that is needed to complete the service, including an inflatable shelter if needed.

Does it cost more for you to come to me?

Not at all! Mobile detailing is our calling card, we are both affordable and easy.

Can I combine promotions?

Grizzly stopped offering promotions as of 27 February 2021. Previous promotions may not be combined.

Can I come to you for my detail?

Our detailing services are exclusively mobile, the only services we perform in our shop are premium services, such as Ceramic Coating.

What if I am not happy with the service?

Not to worry! Auto Detailing can be somewhat subjective, our Detail Technicians are well trained, but if you are not happy contact us and we will make it right. We call it the Grizzly Guarantee.

Are you environmentally friendly?

Yes we are. Every product we use is bio-degradable. We are seeking additional ways to reduce contaminaton and will be implementing water reclamation in the near future!

Do you service motorcycles, boats or RV's

Yes, yes, and yes. Motorcycles are a flat rate of $85. Boats and RV’s require a custom quote.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Simply message us or call to reschedule an appointment or to cancel prior to 72 hours of your appointment. Life happens, we hope you will be able to schedule again soon!

Do you offer gift certificates?

Grizzly does not offer gift certificates at this time. However, we can accept payment from someone other than the owner of the vehicle being serviced and are happy to help facilitate a gift or surprise.

How far out do you schedule?

It depends on how busy we are, typically we can get you in within the next two weeks!
